Frequently Asked Questions


Yes, you must be logged into your Meeme Mall account in order to place your order. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register before proceeding to checkout. Making an account is completely free!

Log in to your account, and click My Account  to modify or update your account information.
Click Forgot Password on the login page, and fill out the form to receive an email to change your password. Follow the instructions in the email to change your password. You can also click My Account after logging in. Click “Change Password”, and follow the steps to modify your password.

Confirm that your email address is correct. Check your spam.

Points will be automatically added to your account after your order is shipped. Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.


No, Meeme Mall is currently unable to take orders by phone.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.

No, you cannot change your address after you have placed your order. You can cancel your order and place a new one with a new address if:

  • It has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order
  • Your order has not shipped yet

You can log in to your Meeme Mall account and click My Orders to cancel your order. If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order or your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it.

Meeme Mall is not responsible for items damaged in transit. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly to apply for a refund or reissue. Refunds and reissues are considered on a case-by-case basis. For details, please refer to the Refund Policy.

If there are products in your order that are out of stock, Meeme Mall reserves the right to cancel your order or cancel the products that are out of stock in your order. You will be notified via email and refunded.

Depending on your mailing address, sales tax will vary and will be added to your order total.

Meeme Mall ships orders Monday thru Saturday. It takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. During peak periods, we may take an additional 3-4 days to process your order.  Meeme Mall does not take responsibility for delivery delays. 

About our product

The restock time of most products ranges from two weeks to a month. We receive our products from overseas, so additional delays may apply.

Our products come from a broad range of countries, all with different date structuring and expiration labeling systems. Check the description of each date on your product for clarification. If you have further inquiries, feel free to contact us through customer service. 

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
  • After earning 200 points, earn a $5 reward to be used on your next purchase.
  • Points will automatically be added to your account after your order has shipped. Allow for up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account.
  • Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Points do not expire.
  • If you use a discount code or promotion at checkout, points will be calculated according to the discounted amount.
  • If you return or cancel your order, points for the corresponding order will be deducted from your account accordingly.
  • If you use a points reward at checkout and return or refund your order, the deducted points will be automatically added back to your account.
  • Your point balance can be found in the Points page of My Account.
  • Meeme Mall reserves the right to freeze and cancel points on any account.

About mailing

Standard orders at MeeMe Mall do not require a signature. You can request a signature in the comments section of your order. If the value of your package exceeds $150, MeeMe Mall will automatically ship your order to require a signature unless otherwise noted.

Verify your information before placing an order including: consignee’s name, delivery address (house street, apartment house number, zip code, city, country) and billing address. If you wish to change your delivery address, you must cancel your order within 24 hours to place a new one.


We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO box addresses. All orders filled with incorrect addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Log in to your Meeme Mall account and check your order status in My Orders.

Check the status of your order in My Orders. If the status of your order is “Delivered”, but you did not receive your order, contact MeeMe Mall customer service within 7 working days.

Loss of a package due to the following circumstances is not included in Meeme Mall’s package compensation scope:
  • The recipient’s name is wrong, and the package cannot be delivered due to failure to locate the recipient.
  • The delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or the address is changed.
  • Failure to cooperate with MeeMe Mall and any delivery parties to investigate the circumstances of the delivery within the specified time.
  • Failure to contact MeeMe Mall or delivery parties within the specified time (7 working days).
